BiLevel applications

In bi-level applications, the motor operates between two speed levels by following the patient's breathing rhythm. To meet these constraints, Electromag's motors offer low inertia and very high dynamic properties. They are easy to control and can accurately comply with predefined speed profiles:

• The 32-mm platform typically covers applications within a speed range of between 30,000 and 70,000 rpm with load torque of between 0.5 and 3 mNm.
• The 45-mm platform covers applications within a speed range of between 15,000 and 35,000 rpm with load torque of between 1 and 10 mNm.

Electromag bi-level motors have exceptional characteristics in terms of mechanical vibration and acoustic noise. They are also optimized to guarantee high efficiency over the entire speed ranges, thereby reducing the size and the cost of the power electronic components.
